Kevin Nayema

Research Consultant

Kevin Achola Nayema is a research consultant at Nuvoni Centre for Innovation Research. He is currently a PhD (Economics) candidate at the University of Nairobi. Nayema is passionate about understanding and modelling household economic and financial behaviour in emerging markets. His Ph.D. dissertation is on Households Investment Behaviour, Capital Markets Aversion and Welfare in Kenya. He is also a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA).

In previous roles, Nayema has worked for and with various organizations across the private and public sectors. Some of the organizations include KIPPRA, NACADA, Cordaid, Africa Youth Trust, and Heritage Insurance Company. In addition, he is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Embu, School of Business and Economics.
